I've worked across education, business, and healthcare tech over the years, from help desk tickets to enterprise-wide rollouts. And if there's one thing every stop along the way has taught me, it's this: technology should serve people, not the other way around.
My own recovery journey reshaped how I see just about everything. It showed me that connection, accountability, and community aren't extras. They're the foundation. Those lessons followed me out of the meeting rooms and into the boardrooms. They changed how I lead, how I listen, and how I show up for the people I work with.
At Devout Consulting, we don't do transactional.
