I call myself The Relational Technologist because I believe technology works best when it's built on real human connections. I've spent years working across education, business, and healthcare tech—from frontline support all the way to enterprise engineering—and I've learned one thing over and over: technology should serve people, not the other way around.
My own recovery journey changed how I see everything. It taught me that connection, accountability, and community aren't just nice-to-haves—they're essential. Those lessons now shape how I approach my work, my clients, and leadership itself.
